About ComSafeComSafe is the commercial training arm of Fire and Rescue New South Wales (FRNSW) and was originally set-up to set the benchmark for emergency safety training in NSW. ComSafe has progressed to become a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) delivering tens of thousands of sessions of emergency training courses to industries in NSW and across Australia. One of FRNSW’s Corporate Goals is to ‘Increase the community’s preparedness and resilience to hazards, emergencies and disasters’ through its Prevention, Preparedness, Response and Recovery activities. ComSafe is working with its clients to create a prevention cultures within industry. ComSafe provides safety training in evacuations, emergency control procedures, practical first attack training through to breathing apparatus, confined spaces, hazardous materials and emergency response teams. All Comsafe training is provided by experienced fire-fighters who have practical experience in fire-fighting, rescue, hazardous materials and dealing with other incidents, which allows the trainers to give practical insight into potential incidents, in the delivery of our high quality training programs.
